What is Sonography?
Ultrasound, also known as ultrasonography, involves the transmission of high-frequency sound waves through body tissues. These sound waves are beyond the range of human hearing. The resulting echoes are captured and converted into visual images, either in the form of videos or photographs.
What the Test Does
Ultrasounds use sound waves to create an image of the organ. Following are the different types of ultrasounds which can be conducted
